- Signage placed on property upon request.
- Fielding calls and inquiries.
- Setting up and coordinating viewings with tenants

- Collecting monthly rents via post-dated cheques or through Tenant Pay.
- Copy and deliver lease to each tenant.
- 1 full month’s rent (negotiable) for management clients, or $250 per tenant for student rentals.
