I have been renting through Block Properties Niagara since July 2017—that’s over eight full years of exceptional service.
During that time, I’ve consistently been impressed by Sonia and Marla, who handle my repair requests, rent receipts, and questions. They’re always friendly, reliable, and responsive—whether by email or text—and truly go above and beyond.
One standout moment: our smoke alarm began beeping on a holiday when the staff wasn’t available. The owner, Chris Bestward, personally stopped by to replace the battery so my family would stay safe. That level of genuine care is rare.
Over these eight years, our unit has needed very few repairs, but when maintenance was required—such as replacing the furnace, resurfacing the asphalt driveway, updating the gated fence, trimming tree branches that overhung the roof to prevent damage, and clearing debris from the eavestroughs—they addressed everything swiftly and with genuine care.
They truly maintain their properties as homeowners would, showing attention to long-term upkeep down to often overlooked details.
I’m deeply grateful to live in an affordable, safe neighbourhood, managed by a professional, caring team that treats tenants like family.
